question about weight rules

our local track has changed the weight rule in super stock 4 class minimum weight is 2300 lbs or pound per cc over 2300 lbs. this includes 2000 ford and 3tc to weight 2300 lbs can the 2000 ford and 3tc run with that much weight added.the track is a 1/2 mile med banks dirt . i don't see a 3tc having a chance thanks

neither one of them will run well with that weight on them!! crazyhorse is right got rid of those guys!1
