ford 2300 how much vacum with a 236-240 cam?

We have a 2300 that has a hyd 410 lift with 236-240 @ 050 camshaft guy used to race it on a oval track but now its in a street car engine runs great with the timing set @ 36 total idleing @1000rpm we onlyhave about 7" vacum with a motorcraft 2bbl carb does this sound right?

If your street car doesn't have an increased compression ratio of say 11:1 then I would switch that cam for something smaller. That is a rather high compression piece for a street car.7 pound is probably close with that low compression street engine.
