Where to get head work done

Looking for someone to prep a head or 2 for me (ford 2.3). Live in south-central Indiana. Any recommendations?

Most of the machine work needed on a 2.3 can be done at your local engine machine shop.Any shop that repairs heads,bores blocks,that has a good reputation.Know in advance what you want them to do and how much,don't let them decide for you.Purchase the parts you want to use in advance,valves ,valve springs,retainers,so they can machine the head for these parts.You can save hundreds of dollars this way.

Agree with that and understand completely. Thought I would try to find someone that does these heads all the time, especially the port work.
