Help please

Retapping a head to make a intake work None of the holes will match up wondering How would be the best way to retap this head i know i will have to drill a few new holes and rethread them. wondering what size bit would be the best and also should i tape the holes up on both sides of the head or just on the intake side. thanks in advance

Most places you will probably have to drill will be into the water jacket.The metal will be thin,allowing only a few threads.Should work if you are very careful.
