    Hey guys i got to ask on this new motor we are putting togher we have to run the coil pack due to no distribtor do i have to have the computer to fire the cranksensor ect? thanks for all your help

    I would say yes to your question. You will need some type of interface to determine when to fire each cylinder.

          Keep it simple like briggs and stratton twin cylinder, coil fires 2 plugs at one time, you need 1 trigger on crankshaft and 2 sensors mounted 180 degrees opposite at whatever ignition timing degrees you want. Sensor 1 connects to 1 coil pack firing no.1 cylinder and its companion cylinder and coil 2 to the other sensor firing no. 2 and its companion cylinder.Lot's of cars use this waste fire system.the computer is just for timing curve.
