Camshaft ID Help

I bought a used 2.3 head and have not been able to find anything on the cam that is in it.

The number on the end is E13169.

Does anyone have info on this cam?

That's an Esslinger E2275 solid flat tappet cam. Spec's are as follows: 305 duration at lash point, 265deg. duration @ .050" of valve lift, .530" valve lift with zero lash, 115 deg. LSA, intake and exhaust lobes are the same, cast iron 4 tower cam core
