Quite a number of moons ago, Bob Bolles published the formuli in Circle Track magazine for calculating stagger requirement as a function of race car track width, tire size & track turn radius. Stagger is also covered well in Chapter 9 of the Bolles book "Stock Car Setup Secrets", ISBN: 1-55788-401-3 . Running short paved-ovals with our Unlimited Pro-4 (www.nwpro4alliance.com), they laughed when I ran the same amount of stagger front & rear. But quite often, their laughter was displayed while we were standing in Victory Circle! -Dave-
