On the plug with the red and white wire,(either one will power up the box) red to power from switch. The other connection goes to the stock dist plug in. Do the rules say any stock OEM, or stock type for model of car? If it says ANY stock type you should be able to run the TFI set up. It is stock for the 2300. Just did not come in a Pinto.Originally posted by Fullthrottlex02 View PostBy our rule books we must run stock o.e.m ignitions, So what we was told is that The pinto guys have to run the Standard O.E.M brain boxes. my question is when you buy a brain box and they have the two plugs on them what is the 2nd one for, does it need to be there or witch 1 can we do away with???
