    What year EFI intake?

I have been looking around and haven't really found what years the EFI intakes will fit on our carb heads. Any idea what years we should be looking for?

I did run across a thread somewhere else that mentioned the dual plug head intake will not match our heads. And there appears to be only maybe 2 or 3 years that will work?

Not sure when the EFI engine started 1984 - 85 you will find two different castings of the EFI manifold, one has a definate casting line you can see,the other one does not show any casting line, this is the preferred one.Better quality, smooth runners, more material for porting.Usually found on GT Mustangs. The 8 plug ranger intake will not work on your 4 plug head.

GT Mustangs were V-8 ENGINES. Any one that had EFI will work well. The foam casting was a little bit worse for finish but I did not see any difference in the 2 casting performance wise. Look for a 1985 (late) to a 1989 with the 2.3 single plug head and you have the lower section you need.
