Is there a proper way to string a fox body to check the "squareness"? Like a tube chassis you would string off of the frame rail and measure from it but what is considered the frame rail on the unibody chassis?

Was it strung before it was raced? Is this a car you built or one you bought? If you bought it you should ask the original builder.
This is something that should have been done before it was raced. If it's a unibody and you think it's been tweeked, and you didn't string it before hand, you won't have a baseline to refer back to.
