Ford 2.3 Engine build Off $125,000 on the Line

We are proud to announce that we will be putting a Ford 2.3 Race Engine Contest together which will be featured in 3 major magazines.
We will pick 10 Builders and fund there builds with $7500 Dollars. Here are some of the rules
1. Must used Stock Block & Crank of your choice
2. Crank May not be lightened, and you may use any rod journal size you want.
3. You must use any Stock
Untouched Intake.
4. Valve Lift no greater than .500 lift ( No Roller Valve Train ) Over Size Valves ok
5. Carburetor will be a 4412. ( 500cfm ). Must pass No Go Testing.
6. Clutch must be stock appearing.
7. Rpm range for testing 5000 to 7600.
8. No Dry Sump Systems
Engine must be drop in ready upon Delivery. And testing will be done in car on a rolling Dyno. Elevation of Shop location 5125ft

Well it appears that this was all Bull**it. The guy who started this (JIX008) is Jerry Simpson that races at I25 Speedway. I had some people email the address he provided in his original post and most of them got no return info from him. A few did here back and were told there would be more info to come but that was it. Did anyone else here back from him?
