Doesn't esslinger make a roller setup to put on it? For the cam I would go with a crower. As far as I understand, they make esslingers cams too.

Esslinger does their own cams, to convert your solid head to a roller, you will need a solid roller cam, roller followers, and make sure you have mousetraps, install everything, check your geometry with cold lash and go run it.No matter how hard you try...you cant fix stupid!!!
If you build it right...it will turn left!!!

What solid cam are you dealing with and what roller cam are you wanting to run?
Valve spring requirements and base circle of the cam are the two main things that are going to determine what's needed.
If it's over .580 or so lift you will need the longer ball studs for the lifters.
If it's on a 1" base circle you will need lash caps or longer valves.
You will likely need to open up the spring pockets for the 1.460 roller spirngs.
Mainly depends on what cams your dealing with.BUCKLE UP NOW, YA HEAR?
