Pinto throw out bearing

Was looking on E-gay at pictures of the Timken PN 614037 throw out bearing and under that same part # there are two different type's of bearings pictured. One is a normal looking bearing and one is strange looking bearing with sheet metal looking wings sticking out each side of the bearing. Which one is the correct bearing for the Escort flywheel?

Those pics are representative images not the actual part. The part wont have the "wings" but my advice go to advance or oreillys and then you can see it before u buy it.
