Steering quickener

Currently running a fox body mustang on a 3/8 track without a quickener and the extra steering is costing me time. Can I run a quickener without power steering?

If your strong enough. Speedway sell's a control valve to give power steering some feel when using a quickener with power steering.

Yes you can run a quickner without power steering just make sure nothing binds in the steering linkages. I used to run one.
