According to the Crane catalog the pattern looks like-
    duration(272) / lift(320)?? / lobe separation(112)
    I assume 193792 is the grind#.

I don't see anything close to these specs and Crane couldn't help either.

The duration & lobe numbers look right for an aftermarket HP cam but the .320 lift cant be right. Bone stock OEM cams are .390-.410 range depending on year.

320 could be the cam lift. .320 cam lift with a 1.6 rocker ratio will yield about .510 total valve lift.

Thanks Jb35. They got a new cam ordered so they would know exactly what they are dealing with..
