Cam questions

I run 1/4 and 1/3 mile track, 5.2 Rod stock bottom end, 500cfm, stock clutch assembly, round tooth pullies, 14 inch tires 75 inches round, turning 7700-8000. I've tried the 304h cam over and over again very dead on these tracks.. Any other suggestions

is your head ported? if not then you will find that the Holley 350 carb will much better suit you
