pullbar biscuit question

sup y'alls we have a 4/4 car with a biscuit bar in it. it's a red single double. we race on a short track that stays dry/extreme dry. the question i have is we are compressing the biscuit almost 3 inch's where we have been told the biscuits should not compress more then 2". how long do you think these biscuits will last/ what are the odds this thing will split in half and ruin our night? should we go to a different biscuit? which one? thanks for the info.

I have run the reds compressed around 3" without them splitting before.
Usually change out the biscuits after 7-8 races on them.
