    Two blade fan ?

modified on alcky does not get hot.
how do you make a two blade fan?
do you take a four blade fan apart? do you weld up the rivet holes?
or do you cut two blades off and leave the center thick?
    THANKS FOR YOUR HELP wallbangerll

Have done this before with GM style metal fan, drilled rivets removed 2 blades and ran. Just have to keep an eye on it, eventually it will crack at the river holes because of the flex.

All I did was just cut off 2 blades the ones you buy that's all they do.

Same here. I took a new blade on the recip saw and carefully cut two blades off flush on a genuine GM fan. Been running it for 3 seasons with no problems and it pulls a ton of air.
