UMP body rules question

What is the width of the top of the deck? I tried to find it on the ump web site but I only found the top of the doors can only be 68" so I assume that this is also the deck width?? If the deck can be only 68" wide how are some guys sucking both rear tires under the body?

look at how they are bending the body panels a couple bend lines can widen the body.here a few pic.

We roll r sides out im sure they r not legal but it looks good i bont like the body lines like n the cars above
