jbar or shorty bar on 3 link ?

On 3 link and considering a switch to shorty bar, for those that have done both jbar and shorty bar on 3 link, please pros/cons and preference.

What type of track? Would be a good place to start with the information needed to answer this. They both have their pros and cons, but it's mostly based on track and driver preference.

Wide, momentum type track, or stop and go? Track stay tacky, rubber up, dry slick? The short bars normally produce a little more instant traction and roll, but at the same time can make the car erratic to the point you actually lose traction from it bouncing all over the place. They can be favored on tight, stop and go tracks, as they will help get the car over and up on the bars a little bit quicker. Are you the driver? What are you feeling that makes you want to go with a short bar?
