On an Imca A mod, what does a RR brake floater do? And also what is the difference between the standard Wehrs birdcage and the brass bushing one? Thanks

I build a brake floater that you can put the trailing arm on top like most do that pushes up on the chassis or you can put the bar on the bottom of the floater to pull chassis down into the rr under braking. this should be a link to my facebook page to see a photo of it plus it is a dual bearing that you can grease the bearings after washing your car to get the water back out of the bearings .
