Hey guys, i have a 4-link with a metric clip...nova lowers, pinto spindles. Car is consistantly in 3rd to 5th place car sneaking a win or 2nd place here and there. Running a 550 lf spring and a 650 rf spring. What is the softest anyone has run with success on the front of the metric chassis?? I was thinking of trying a 600 rf.. Track has been very hard and slick.

I lost traction on anything less than a 700 RF 750-800 LFI think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.

Are you running the high rebound with bump rubbers on your front? If so. You can run As soft as you like cause ultimately your on the bump stop. I Got a few cars doing well on conventional shocks with coil bind set that use #200 on the RF. So I’d ask myself how good is your back then let er rip. Personally I’ve been as soft on my car this year as 400 across front and had some very good runs at eldora on it. But once your in bind the car will flat out beat the crap out of ya.Shocks by BGR army

I ran 700lf and 650 rf, and would only bottom out in the rough or if I had to hit the brakes to hard on entry
