Birdcage Help

I’m wondering if anybody knows of some literature on birdcage tech? I understand what moving the bars on the chassis will do to effect handling but not sure what moving the bars on the birdcage will do.

Lower on lr gives more instant drive, lower on RR will allow to turn better ( is: slight throttle push and heavy track, drop RR). That's just my experience, I'm sure there's way more to it
