What size jets?

I am running a750 4 barrel demon carb with a one inch spacer and I have to use a restrictor plate with 1 and 1/8 holes. Anyone know the right size jets to use? I am running alcohol.

you will need to give more info before anyone can give you a ballpark jet size.cu.in as much motor info as possible and even then it will only be a ballpark number.

sorry. it is a 350 small block 40 over. It has keith black domed pistons with sealed power rings. I run a msd distributor with msd 6al ignition. It has a holley mechanical fuel pump. Autoline ar 134 spark plugs. flat tappet comp cam with valve adjument on the intake .016 and .018 and the gross valve lift .540 on the intake and .531 on the exhaust. I run it at 34 degrees advanced.

I would start with a 120. But that is noting more than a guess. Not knowing where and what altitude you live at and race at as well as temp all play a part.
