Pull Bar Location??

My car has the older style pull bar mount on the rear end. It locates the pull bar 11 5/8" above axle centerline. The newer style mounts locate the pull bar 12" above and 4" ahead of axle centerline. What advantage is this, and is it worth changing over to the new style mounts?

It will gain pull bar angle as it wraps up if its ahead of the center line of axle tube. It helped us with forward bite but its hard for to say for sure because we found some other problems while making this move. Good luck.
