Power steering help...

When we put together our front end, we found we had a problem with the steering. Pierce car with all new front end parts, sweet steering box, krc pump... the problem is about every quarter to half turn the steering has a catch in it.... nothing is bent or rubbing that i can see... thought it was the joints on the steering shaft but they are new....the only thing not new is steering quickner...any body ever have a problem like this or know what im missing....even before we started the motor it kinda caught....thanks Kevin

disconnect the quickener. See if its the problem.

Sounds to me like one of the joints has too much angle in it.
