3 link help

[2FASTLM]

making my debut in a 2001 harris 3 link this weekend, dont have any set ups with car, its a chevelle stub and 3 link rear,imca, right rear with spring on top, lr spring on a clamped swingarm. need spring rates all the way around, shocks,ride heights, bar angles, scaling numbers, pull bar angle and spring rate. any help is greatly appreicated, im running on a flat dry slick half mile if that helps,im not a rookie but am trying the 3 link deal since i sold my shaw, thanks!

10 degrees up on lb. 18degrees down on cb. level or up a tad on rb. Depends on roll steer you want. J bar same as usual. good luck.
