what rate is your RR leaf pack? make sure your shock is mounted with enough travel .

HSM and Superstock , this setup works well without the birdcage on the RR stacked both sides and no coil over on RR .

The stack was a 150 , the mono was a 35 with 150 coil the shock travel is around 7 " the right front moves about 3 " Going to try to get more travel on shock but I don't think it should roll over this far . This is a 2600 lb big metric chassis Cobra mod .

I'd probably stiffen that RR up a bit, we ran a 200 stack and never had that problem . don't worry about liftin th LF, we found it handled better when that was minimal .

Can this leaf setup run with a top ump mod , or is it a certain setup for a certain class? The pics of the cars and springs look cool. I always liked the cars that are different.

I agree with Blacksheep, I put the fast boys on my mono leaf mod, changed some things and tons of forward bite. It just takes some time to get it right.

We are running an Amca in Australia (based on your Imca class) and are going with the Fastboys setup. We are looking for confirmation on the shocks mounting position (upper and lower) for both sides (how critical to the fastboys setup is this, as it is not mentioned in the stacked leaf instructions. We can only run the stacked leaf setup here in Oz - mono leaf is not permitted. Many thanks for your help as we are keen as to get this set-up correct - it looks like the answer to our car - looking forward to putting it into practice on the track.

                Wissota Midwest B Mod

Wanting to try this set up on a Wissota B Mod but don't think I can do all that is required to do so and be legal. We can't run an additional spring besides the leafs and we can't have Floating leafs. Anyone use this set up or close to this set up for a Midwest mod?? If not, what are guys with leaf springs doing for a Midwest mod? Thanks

If your not aloud to float the leaf it's not a fast boy. Are you aloud to run shackles ?

Yes, they can be adjustable. What about a slider on the right rear leaf? Would that help? Look at Wissota Midwest Mod rules. Let me know what you think.

Yes a slider on the RR would be good. A shackle on the LR is better then a slider

Have one made or buy 2 sets and weld together. Really don't think you will need that long of one since the axle is not floated.

Do you have to run the steel springs for this to work or can you run the compossit mono leaf. I have a buzzard leaf mod and I have asked mike about this a couple of time and he tells me not to even try it that his cars are build with enough bite and forward drive to do what your setup giud say to. I want to try something I have no forward bite and I have a hard time getting this thing to just go with out blowing the tires off. I have watched these cars come down for speed weeks here in Florida and they are fast but I just can't figure out how to get it to go forward. Thanks for your time
