    DW8 help

With an underslung car you might not need a chain. However, you should measure your upper left bar angle at full drop. If it exceeds 45 degrees you may want to put a chain on the left rear. Good starting points are 42 to 45 degrees LUB for slick and 36 to 40 for tacky. These are not to be set in stone, you need to give the car what it needs for different conditions, but not adjust yourself out of the race.

You may have to put a extension on your left rear shock. Make sure it does not bottom out when you drop off the bars and make sure it still has about 1/4 to 3/8 travel with the drop there is a happy med . there.
