How tight should rear hubs be?

Ive got a Ford 9" with imca snouts. When putting the brake disc hub back on, how tight do you get the large nut? If I get it where it doesnt wobble the hub is real hard to turn. To loosen it where it will turn, it has wobble to it. Which way should it be? Thanks for any help.
