Depends on what you're using it for. In general the bigger the bore size the more volume, but, less pressure. Smaller bore is more pressure less volume. I run 1" on front 7/8" on the back and 3/4 for clutch.
Run a pair of 1 inch.If you run 2 different sizes they wont work right.The higher produceing pressure cylinder will always work more by itself no matter how you adjust your bias.If useing the same size master cylinders they will work together and not affect each other.
