    Upper ball joint info needed ? on an IMCA metric .

    i have a metric clip IMCA , one of my spindles has been reamed for a larger ball joint shaft , my upper control arms are the Adjustable type "A-arms" the stock size is a moog k772 does anyone know if there is a ball joint that will screw into these ball joint holders but has a larger diameter shaft for Reamed spindles ? email beesboytoy@aol.com or text 607 368 1306 , thanks for any help , RSW

    I believe the 772 is as big as you're gonna get in a screw in upper.

      i was told streetstock guys used to use a bigger shafted balljoint for strength ,

        i did find a k727 , it is listed as a lower and the shaft is to big ,

          Speedway has a listing for reamed metric spindles but no part #s , for a bigger ball joint .

            Yeah but, the 772 is the bigger one. It's bigger than stock. Sounds like they may have been over reamed.

              i believe i found it in another thread on here the k719 appears to be exactly what i need thanks for the help il let you know if it works , off to the parts store .

                    what ever Napa sells , i tried Autozone they are out of stock at the hub , unfortunatly ive gotta have them or id just order them online and save .

                      It crosses over to a 83 - 89 Chrysler Fifth Ave. Lower Ball joint. I believe it's just a little smaller than the 727. What was on the car when you got it from Phil??

                        Good news everyone , k719 works like a charm , this is a # for the garage wall for sure , if you over riem your spindle this screew in ball joint will work. Dirttrack when i bought it from Phil it had diferent spindles and lower control arms , so its nothing on that end , i gues you could say i reinvented the wheel on this one . This has been a huge learning exsperience for me , and may i add quite an interesting one .Thanks for the help RSW
