    dirt works set up help

    I have been racing sportsman for about 4 years just moved to modified and have no clue what to do with the bird cages are the supposed to be at a specific place on the rearend strait with the bars or what I have never delt with these before please let me know what to do with the bird cages they are the bsb bird cages thank you

    here's a few photo's that might help a couple are from a dirt works. I think with the shorter bar lengths you would run them straight with little to no toe.

      Thank you very much I followed all the tips out of the book but it seems like my upper third link will hit with the shorter bars and my tires will rub the frame it seems like the whole rearend is way to far forward

        if you think your rearend it to fare forword just measure from the mid plate or the back of the engine.you should have 72 inches to the center of the rearend housing.
