quick change gear help

wat gear would u use for a quarter mile.... i have a winters quick chandge and 08 shaw with a 406 chevey motor in it

I would start out around 6.20 6.33. If it slicks of go to a 6.50. I know some that go as much as 7.05 but they turn there motors 9400.
