what size lines for oil

On wet sump motor with deck mount oil cooler and remote filter would you use a #8 or #10 hose? I was told #8 for adequate pressure but engine builder thinks 10.

I think i would go with #10 ..

With a wet sump engine we ran #12 from engine to remote filter to cooler and back to engine...

It is not pressure you want. It is oil volume or flow. I would say #10 or 12 and be careful with your fittings. Use sweeping 45s or 90s and you may need to drill out some of your fittings for flow. Check lines and fittings for restictions.
