harris set up help

just bought 2001 harris mod to be run as b mod. has chevelle frt clip and rear under slung set up as 3 link,rear springs on eliminators mounted on 19 swing arms . any set up help would be great as far as frt and rear spring rates and ride height measurements. thanks for any input
