I have put an oil cooler on my car and have never messed with one before. I run a champ oil pan, 7 in pan 1 in filter, high velocity pump. I have put a prc double pass oil cooler on with 12an lines. So here is my question, how many more quarts of oil do i put in it? I have been told about 2 quarts. Is there a way to check it to see. My thinking is if i put 2 extra quarts in, once it runs out of the lines and down into the pan it is gonna show way to high when i pull out the check bolt. Thanks for any replies.
