Brake Floater Question

I have never ran brake floaters before. On my new car it has a LR brake floater, and so far I am not crazy about it. I am curious on the adjustments on that? Currently I am running it in the top hole on the frame, but am curious what I will gain or lose by moving it down on the frame? Will it tighten? Loosen?

Moving it down at the frame will lessen the effect it has on the chassis and make it a little more user friendly if you're not used to it.
