602 crate needing power

Ok im lookin to get more power out of a 602. Anyone have ideas on how to get power out of them. How hard is it to advance the cam 4 degrees? Lets think outside the box i need more out of this motor. If u can beat them join them is the way i see it

best legal ways are a good carb. a correct set of headers. a single or 2 disc clutch to free up rotational weight and good oil like gibbs.

Run stepped headers if this is a imca car. On my 604 the carb i had my engine builder (who builds asa crates) never seen a carb out dyno his well mine made 14hp over his. It was a aerosol but i sold it to a guy that put it on a 602 hes never been caught with it
