I got an 08 mod was wondering if i have to run the heims all the way in on the eliminator? When putting the chain on the left rear was is the measurment i need and do i have to put an extensio on the shock on the front of the rear end

On the 08 car you will probably run a 1 in. shock extension on
the shock on the front of the birdcage. The measurement to set the
chain on the left rear is 16 in. from the top of the axle tube to the
bottom of the upper rail. the chain should be tight at 16 in. If the chain is
loose and you are not at the 16 in. measurement then you will need
to either lengthen the eliminator or the shock or both. Keep in mind your
trailing arms need to be set to length and the 4-bars in the correct positions
on the chassis before setting this measurement.
