you need to machine the rotor, turn the outer diameter ,cut the spindle area down/shorten,and bore for new pinto size bearing races and dust cap. unless you have a machine shop it's just better to buy the hybred rotors from us brakes.
I just went thru this myself. I thought I could save some money by using some stuff I already had but it ended up being cheaper just to buy a set of rotors. Trust me!
