Pull bar bushing help

I am currently running red/blue combo bushing pull bar. What will give me more forward, stiffer bushings or softer? What do most people run?

If you feel like you are busting the tires loose very easily, then softer would be better.

If you feel like your not busting the tires loose very easy but your just not going
forward very well, then stiffer would be the way to go.
