engine question

I recently destoryed my 388ci sbc. My engine builder has a 377 he is going to let me use...we are going to put my aluminum dart pro 1 230cc heads on it and my isky cam...my concern is that i will be down on power from where i was...do i have a reason to be concerned or will this engine combo end up being better? Just looking for some opinions before i bust my ass to get this done by friday

Won't be enough difference to matter.After all you are on eight inch tires.

Perfconn is spot on.Run it and if you're nice a free and on the floor all the way around the racetrack chances are everyone will still be in your taillights even with 330 cubic inches.
