RR ride height

if you had a unknown height that the rr was supposed to be where would be a good starting point? i have my lower bar in the bottom hole and its 1* uphill tpwards chassis. the guy i bought my car from thinks its supposed to be 14.5 to 15" but it seems way high in the rear at that height. im pretty sure were both measuring it from the same point. 4bar lr spring behind z-link rr spring on top.

What kinda chassis do u have?

Most cars second hole up on chassis rr lower should be level at ride height.
