looking for pro and cons to a impala stub on a mod.

I've had a metic and i didnt like it. been running chevlle stubs. looked at kraft car with impala stub. im looking for info and pros and cons on this type of car. it will be running in imca A mod. thx for info.

Heavy for a Amod compared to the chevelle.

I think the wt is a neg. but you can liten them up by taking a hole saw to the botom side of the frame also cutting as much off the frame horns as possible. the clip is stronger and much easier to get at a local scrap yard if needed.

I have 2 Jet Impala stub cars. Really like the way they turn in. They are a bit heavier but it's worth it for the strength. My driver doesn't like the slow steering but we use the Impala spindle where Kraft uses Pinto so that shouldn't be a problem.
