springs
I have a 2001 grs modified 4 link rear lr spring behind & coilover rr ?? i was needing to know what springs to start with on the rear, the setup sheet for the car says 200lr & 225rr but i mostly see on other cars the lr is heavier but not sure what to do with it was thinkin bout 200 across the rear... Thanks for any info......

175-225 seems to be the range, starting in the middle seems like a logical decision. -

Im only 160 pounds so would i be better with a 175lr 225rr or can i stay with the 200lr & 225rr or is there something else should i start with?????? ThanksComment

id start with a 175 LR and a 200RR, see where that gets you. 225 should be ok on the RR. you might soften it for slow and slick but it should be ok to start.Comment

Ok thanks again...?? so when it gets slick will the 200 on rr work or would ya have to go softer?? and when it turns slick do ya go up or down with the spring rate??? Thanks againComment
