checking to see if the rearend that is in my mod i bought was bent or how bad?. What is the amount of toe out that is acceptable... mine has 1/4 inch toe out measured at the outside of rotor to outside of rotor. Thanks

I would say around 3/16. It sure is hard on your drive flanges and the carrier bearings on your spool. You can use a mini spool and slide your axles in your hubs and drive flanges and use a press to straighten your housing.

I thought you shouldn't have any, or close to zero.

Thats what I'm thinkin !!! 1/4 toe on the rotor , somthins bent Torque and flex forces will take some out, but don't think that much. I 've been wrong before tho.
