    rearend help

    looking for better performance outta my car this upcoming season and i have a 60 inch floater from jr motorsports in my car now with 4 link lr brake floater rr coilover lr spring in back shock in front. i was told by someone to shorten the right rear axle tube an inch. wat would that do and is it worth doin?

    Just put a wheel with 1 more inch offset on the RR.

      shorting the rr tube an inch tightens the car up. so if you loose all over it might help but as dirttrackrocker said try the offset wheel first(once you shorten the tube you can't change it back) our rayburn lm has had this done buy another owner and we have to put in a wheel spacer to loosen the car on a heavy trac.
