We have ran one with any where from a 250-350 spring, car drives in and threw the middle great...... We have lacked forward bite on short tracks, works great on high speed momentum tracks , if your willing to work with it they work great! We Have Found In are experiments it Doesn't have the instant traction that a pull bar has but it's a lot in the driver
