Headers

I have a 2005 Pierce that I am trying to get headers for. I have tried the schoenfeld 1106 and 1106a, buy niether one will fit. They both hit the down bar from the fire wall on the drivers side down to the the frame by the front spring. They need about another 1/2 inch to clear the bar and fit. I can get all the bolts in except for the ones around cylinder 7 exhaust. Any help would be great.

im a dealer for pierce , use a part number 1186 but also i run 1106, so try a 1186 thats , what they call for 815 541 9656

Thanks. Also would it be possible to get a set up book or sheets for that year somewhere?
